Reports and Investigations

Not all our Reports and Investigations are for public display and many can't be - it's easy to understand why.

In Law, there is a factor known as "sub judice" which is a legal rule limiting comment and disclosure relating to any judicial proceedings, in order not to prejudge the issue or to influence any jury.

Furthermore, there is also the factor of alleged 'coaching' of complainants or witnesses with information before any trial or investigation, which a defence counsel can use in an attempt to dismiss any trial or investigation.

CAMACA will not jeopardise any case we are working on so many of our Reports & Investigations remain private and confidential, until we can publish them later.

Sensitive information will always remain Private & Confidential with CAMACA.

Our Reports are based on increasing the awareness of every campaign issue and are in sync with our campaigns to support them. Some are already published and can be found among our campaigns.

Our Investigations are numerous and we pass relevant information to police and authorities and to INTERPOL when it is appropriate to do so.

We are always ready to work with any authority who needs information to stop child abuse - in their own jurisdiction, and everywhere else.
